(First-come, first-serve access to the Diamond Room) THE MONTHLY "MANDY GOODHANDY'S GENTLEMEN'S CLUB" (The second Friday each month, starting Friday March 12/10) Free memberships to the Diamond Room, if you register as a member online or on arrival at the club. I.D. is mandatory ($10 cover for members and $20 cover for non-members. First-come, first-serve access to the Diamond Room) MEMBERSHIPS DO NOT INCLUDE SPECIAL EVENTS BY GOODHANDY'S OR BY OUTSIDE PROMOTERS DIAMOND ROOM MEMBERSHIP RULES 1. Goodhandy’s provides the Diamond Room strictly as a service to meet the needs of members wishing more privacy than is available in the public areas of the club. We are non-judgmental and open to any activity that members wish to mutually engage in. Any activity conducted in these private areas is at the sole discretion and risk of the members’ concerned and must be by mutual consent. This is considered a private space - the club accepts no liability for any consequences of any actions performed by a member while in the Diamond Room.
2. Members acknowledge that they are over 19 years of age and that they are not offended by and wish to be exposed to adult-oriented or sexually-themed situations. Members are required to provide satisfactory proof-of-age upon application for membership.
3. Discretion is an important part of the Diamond Room business promise. But we must collect certain information to ensure that we are in compliance with the law. We ask for your real name, we ask for your real birthday, and we have our security staff look at your ID and initial your application form to verify that someone at Goodhandy's has verified the information you are provided. The identity of members is completely confidential, and the personal information provided is never stored on computer, nor is shared, published, or released in any way other than those working in the club with a need to know. A copy of our privacy policy is available upon request.
4. Goodhandy’s does not condone prostitution or solicitation on the premises. Members who access the Diamond Room do so strictly as members of a private club and are not sponsored, endorsed, screened or monitored by club management. 5. Members must respect the rules of the Diamond Room including the following restrictions in force at all times:
a. No food or liquor or drinks in glasses are permitted in this area anytime. Plastic bottled water is acceptable.
b. Access to the Diamond Room can only be granted by a staff member and members must check in and out. Members will be assigned to a specific booth at that time and for that visit only.
c. Members are asked that they clean up any messes they may leave in the booth. Paper towels and garbage pails are provided.
d. Capacity is limited to the number of available booths and/or to space on the landing. This may result in a wait time before admittance can be granted to a member. No prior reservations for the Diamond Room are accepted. Admittance is on a first-come, first-serve basis only.
e. Nobody who is NOT a member may accompany a member into the Diamond Room at any time for any reason. The Diamond Room is “members-only”.
f. Members must restrict their length of stay in the Diamond Room to 30 minutes if there is a line-up. Otherwise and at times of lower demand, members may remain for as long as they want.
g. Members must not enter any booth other than the one assigned to them at any time. No more than a maximum of three members may be in a booth at any one time. Any violation of these rules will result in removal of the member from the Diamond Room for the remainder of their stay at the club that evening.
6. Unruly, inappropriate, vulgar or demeaning behavior will be swiftly dealt with and the Member will be asked to leave the premises immediately. Members should be respectful of other members’ right to privacy and quiet enjoyment of their own booths. Access to the Diamond Room is a privilege of membership and not a right. In this circumstance, there is no refund or consideration offered by the club to the member since the member violated the code of conduct.
7. In order to access the Diamond Room, a member must have a valid membership that is in effect for the date that access is desired, and must be carrying photo identification. A member trying to access the Diamond Room with an expired, fraudulent or borrowed membership will be barred from the club permanently and not entitled to become a member.
8. If you lose your membership card, you must purchase another membership even if you had time remaining on your membership. There are no exceptions to this rule.
