But we will be open for our regular T-Girl Events on Monday December 22/08, Thursday December 25/08 (Christmas Day), Monday December 29/08, Tuesday December 30/08 and Thursday January 1/09 (New Years Day)

Queer Idol is a five-part singing contest presented by SCREWW Retro Queer Party and held at Goodhandy’s. The contest runs from January to May, 2009. They are offering $12,000 in prizes, and best of all, everyone who qualifies for the Semifinals wins something. The winner of the competition will get to produce a radio-ready single with Damon de Szegheo (a producer who has worked with Bruce Cockburn and Juno Award Winner Serena Ryder). And they’ll get to perform a set during Pride Week 2009.
